The African Nation does not, and will never, seek to overthrow the United States government or any other government. Our purpose is to foster economic growth, cultural pride, and moral integrity. We are a nation in spirit and belief, promoting prosperity and well-being for our members while operating as a lawful, non-profit organization.
1. Name: The organization is officially known as The African Nation (USA Membership).
2. Purpose: Our mission is to empower individuals of African descent, as well as those seeking asylum who align with our Constitution. We focus on:
- Economic self-sufficiency and financial growth
- Social and political empowerment
- Cultural restoration and unity
- Community governance inspired by African tribal systems
- Collaboration with African nations and global organizations
1. Chieftain (Executive Leadership): Provides direction and oversees the organization.
2. Council of Elders (Advisory Board): Senior members who offer wisdom and long-term planning.
3. Legislative Assembly (Community Representatives): Elected members responsible for policies and initiatives.
4. The Village (General Membership): All members who actively participate in decision-making.
5. Economic Council: Manages business initiatives, trade, and financial strategies.
6. Warriors (Advocacy & Protection): Defend and promote the interests of The African Nation.

2. Member Responsibilities:

Any changes to this Constitution must be proposed by leadership (Chieftain, Council of Elders, or Legislative Assembly) and approved by a majority of the membership.
